The Customer Success Team ensures customers get full value from their deployment and expand usage across their network.

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Customer Success Engineer who can support customers throughout their journey — from pre-sales demos to post-purchase configuration, go-live support, and long-term adoption.

This is a technical customer success role, not a field service job.
Selected candidates will undergo an 8–10 week intensive onboarding program and will graduate from our internal Systems Testing team before joining full CS responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales

  • Deliver technical product demos
  • Support Sales with solution fitment and customer queries

Post-Purchase Configuration

  • Configure customer-specific assets, parameters, and dashboards
  • Support integration with customer IT/network environments
  • Coordinate testing with internal teams

Go-Live & Support

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support (software + sensors)
  • Analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, manage escalations
  • Prepare customer documentation and SOPs

Customer Success & Adoption

  • Conduct training sessions
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers realize full value
  • Identify expansion opportunities in customer networks

  • Basic understanding of programming logic (not full coding)

Technical Skills (Good to Have / Trainable)

  • Python, Bash basics
  • PostgreSQL, PgAdmin
  • Linux & Windows environments
  • Networking fundamentals (firewalls, ports, IPs)
  • SCADA fundamentals
  • Understanding of electrical assets: Transformers, GIS, Switchgear, sensors
  • Ability to read SLDs (Single Line Diagrams)
  • MS Office, documentation, and reporting skills

Soft Skills

  • Customer-first mindset

  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users
  • Willingness to travel when required
